White Sox parking lot attendants can be identified by an official uniform that is clearly marked from the White Sox operator, Standard Parking. Fans should expect day-of-game parking purchases to be conducted with official staff upon entry into the lot and NOT prior to entry outside of any parking lot.
With large crowds expected for the remainder of the season, we have updated our parking policies at Guaranteed Rate Field. The following will go into effect on Friday, July 30 through the end of the season:
- Parking lots north of 35th Street (Lots A, B, C) will be dedicated to fans holding prepaid parking passes (red or green).
- Parking lots south of 35th Street (Lots E, F, L) are available for day-of-game parking purchases.
Arrive early and avoid the rush!
For the 2021 season, parking passes are $25, with the following exceptions:
- for August 27-28-29, parking passes are $30
Parking Lot Hours
White Sox parking lots open approximately two hours prior to each game, unless noted otherwise.
- 7:10 p.m. game - lots open at 5:10 p.m.
- 6:10 p.m. game - lots open at 4:10 p.m.
- 3:10 p.m. game - lots open at 1:10 p.m.
- 1:10 p.m. game - lots open at 11:10 a.m.
Lots will remain open for one hour following the conclusion of the game. Tailgating is not permitted after games.
- Your confirmation email will contain a link to White Sox Account Manager. Log in from your smartphone using your email address and password. If you do not know your password it can be reset using the Forgot Password button.
- Once logged in, you can either "View" your tickets or "Transfer" your tickets. Click on the game/event.
- The ticket that says "Guaranteed Rate Field Parking" is your mobile parking pass.
- Select "Transfer" on your smartphone to send to other members of your party attending the game.
- Select "View Bar Code" on your smartphone to show the mobile parking pass to be scanned when entering the parking lot.
We encourage you to then tap on "Save to Phone", "Add to Apple Wallet", "Save to Google Pay", "Save to Passbook", whatever language your device uses, to save the ticket in your smartphone's wallet for later use and easy access when you arrive at the ballpark.

Green and Red Coupons
Cars with prepaid green and red parking passes park in Lots A, B, or C. Exit I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) from either direction at 31st Street.
From the north, go straight on Wentworth to 33rd Street. Turn right on 33rd Street to Wells. Follow Wells to 34th Street and turn right on 34th Street. Follow parking personnel's instructions into the parking lots.
From the south, follow LaSalle off 31st Street exit to 31st Street. Turn left onto 31st Street and follow over expressway. Turn left onto Wentworth. Go straight on Wentworth to 33rd Street. Turn right on 33rd Street to Wells. Turn left and follow Wells to 34th Street and turn right on 34th Street. Follow parking personnel's instructions into the parking lots.
Accessible Parking Lot Details
Accessible parking for cars displaying state issued disability placards or license plates is available on the north side of the ballpark in Lot B immediately adjacent to Gate 5. To reach Lot B, guests from the north should travel south on Wentworth from 31st street and turn right on 33rd, then left on Wells street. Guests coming from the south should travel north on LaSalle from 35th street and turn left onto 33rd, then left onto Wells.
A parking attendant will direct vehicles displaying a current handicapped license plate or municipally issued disabled permit to the reserved parking area. Any guest in need of assistance may be dropped off or picked up at Gate 5 Lot B. Guests needing access to an elevator or escalator should enter the ballpark at Gate 5.
The Chicago Transit Authority provides transportation to/from Guaranteed Rate Field for guests who are physically challenged. Arrangements may be made by contacting the CTA at 312-836-7000; (TDD) 312-836-4949.
Limited day-of-game parking is available in parking lots south of 35th Street (Lots E, F, L). Parking is $25 and can be paid with major credit cards.
Cars seeking day-of-game parking can park in E, F, or L. Exit I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) from either direction at 35th Street.
From the north, go straight on Wentworth to 37th Street. Turn right on 37th Street. Follow parking personnel's instructions into the parking lots.
From the south, turn left onto 35th Street and follow over expressway. Turn left onto Wentworth. Go straight on Wentworth to 37th Street. Turn right on 37th Street. Follow parking personnel's instructions into the parking lots.
Note: In the event that the 35th Street exit is temporarily closed due to heavy traffic, please follow these alternate instructions.
From the north, exit at 39th Street and turn right onto 39th Street. Follow signs for alternate routes to Lots E, F, or L.
From the south, exit at 31st Street and turn left onto 31st Street. Follow 31st Street over the expressway and turn left onto Wentworth. Go straight on Wentworth to 37th Street. Turn right on 37th Street. Follow parking personnel's instructions into the parking lots.
Neighborhood Parking Reminder
When parking in the neighborhood around Guaranteed Rate Field, we ask that all White Sox fans please observe all parking ordinances and respect our neighbors. We recommend that all fans driving to games park in designated White Sox parking lots.
Parking around Guaranteed Rate Field is restricted. In some areas close to the stadium, parking is not allowed on the streets without a residential parking permit showing on your car windshield. The purchase or sale of a residential parking permit from any person other than the City of Chicago is illegal. Violators face fines up to $500.00 and risk being towed by the City of Chicago. Per Section 9-68-020 of the Chicago Municipal Code, permits may not be transferred, purchased or sold.
