STM Account Credit FAQ

This FAQ page will provide an overview for Season Ticket Members who currently have 2020 account credit associated with their My Royals Tickets account and the renewal options available for the 2021 season.

We truly appreciate your unwavering support during these times and our goal is to provide our most loyal fans with additional benefits and a seamless process to transition their account balances to the 2021 season.

Season Ticket Members who have paid any amount towards the balance of a traditional 2020 season ticket and parking package(s) that were designated as impacted, directly from Kansas City Royals and MLB, are eligible to receive ‘Impacted Game Credit’. ‘Bonus Credit’ is only available to Season Ticket Members who chose to keep all their paid impacted credits on their respective account. This includes purchasers of Full, Half, Partial, and Select 64 season ticket packages.

Please note, you cannot change how you allocate your ‘Impacted Game Credit’ after it is consumed.

Season Ticket Members with eligible 2020 ‘Impacted Game Credit’ on their account will also receive a ‘5% Bonus Credit’ on all paid games within their 2020 season ticket and parking package(s). To calculate your ‘Bonus Credit’, the Kansas City Royals will multiply your eligible ‘Impacted Game Credit’ by .05. For example, if you have $1,000.00 of eligible ‘Impacted Game Credit’ on your season ticket account, you will receive a $50.00 ‘Bonus Credit’.
