Q: How do I purchase tickets for June home games using the credit on my Season Membership account?
A: To purchase tickets for June home games, click here and follow these instructions:

  1. Select a game date.
  2. Tap "Log in to your account". Then, log in using your email address and password.
  3. Choose between full capacity seating or socially distanced seating.
  4. Use the interactive seating map to select from available seating options. If you select socially distanced seating, seating pods are available in increments of 1-6 tickets, subject to availability.
  5. Review your order in the shopping cart. The credit on your membership account will automatically apply to your ticket purchase.
  6. Agree to terms and conditions and tap “Place Order”.
  7. Success! You may now view and manage your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: How do I purchase tickets for May home games using the credit on my Season Membership account?
A: To purchase game tickets using the credit on your Season Membership account, please click here and follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Rays Season Membership account.
  2. Select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase. Please note seating pods are available in increments of 1-6 tickets, subject to availability.
  3. Select a game date.
  4. Use the interactive seating map to select from available seating options.
  5. Review your order in the shopping cart. The credit on your membership account will automatically apply to your ticket purchase.
  6. Agree to terms and conditions and tap “Place Order”.
  7. Success! You may now view and manage your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: Can I purchase for multiple games at a time, or does each game need to be purchased individually?
A: To purchase multiple games at once, tap the blue “Continue Shopping” button in the shopping cart.

Q: Will I be able to select my seats through the interactive seat map?
A: Yes, Season Members can select seats through the interactive seating map.

Q: Do I need to purchase parking at the same time I purchase tickets?
A: No. As a Season Member, you can purchase discounted parking through your Rays Ticket Account at any time, up to 24 hours prior to first pitch, subject to availability.

Q: How do I know how much credit is remaining on my account?
A: You can visit raysbaseball.com/myaccount and log in to your Rays Ticket Account at any time to view the amount of credit you have remaining.

Q: Do I have to complete my purchase within a certain time limit?
A: There is a 12 minute time limit for any ticket purchases through your Season Membership account. If you add tickets to your shopping cart for additional games, the timer will reset each time.

Q: What if my Membership funds run out and I still want to attend games in the season?
A: We encourage you to top up your Membership by calling 888-FAN-RAYS or emailing your request to tickets@raysbaseball.com. Alternatively, you may use a credit card, debit card, or Rays gift card to purchase tickets.

Q: I have a child under the age of 2, do they need a ticket?
A: Children two (2) years of age and older must have a ticket to enter Tropicana Field. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket as long as they sit in the lap of a parent or guardian.

Q: Can I buy a variety of pods for one game as long as I don’t surpass the 6 ticket limit?
A: Yes, you can order a variety of seating pods for one game as long your account does not exceed the 6 tickets per game limit. Please note, tickets purchased in separate pod sizes must be purchased in separate transactions.

Q: Am I able to select a seating area that is outside of my Membership Level?
A: No. To access tickets in other areas, we recommend you increase your Membership Level.

Q: What if I can’t find a pod that has the number of seats I am looking for?
A: Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. You can use the back button on your browser to view other available game dates and seating options.

Q: What do I do if I need assistance accessing and managing tickets through the MLB Ballpark app?
A: For information on how to access mobile tickets, including frequently asked questions and instructional videos, visit RaysBaseball.com/Mobile.
