Accessibility Services For Guests With Disabilities

We’re committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided equal access to all of the programs, services and facilities at Globe Life Field. This includes accessible restrooms, ticket windows and concession stands. Animals

Most game days, we ask that you please leave your favorite furry friend at home. Unless, of course, they are a registered service animal helping you with a disability. You’ll also be happy to know there are a few special Bark at the Park events throughout the year when you can bring your pet to the park! Assisted Listening Devices

If you have a hearing impairment, listening devices and ear plugs are available in the Guest Services Office.

Our message board provides closed captioning for guests with hearing impairments and displays public address announcements along with other game information.

Wheelchair assistance is available to any location in Globe Life Field if you have a visible or non-visible disability and physical limitations. Please note that due to a limited number of wheelchairs, they cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. For assistance, you can speak with any staff member or visit Guest Services.

Courtesy Carts

Complimentary mobility assistance carts (ADA carts) are available to pick you up in any Rangers Toyota parking lot if you have a visible or non-visible disability that limits your ability to walk to and from Globe Life Field. Please note that cart drivers do not accept tips for this complimentary service. Contact the nearest staff member to arrange assistance.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in each price level and can be found on the seating map. This includes companion seats, which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends and family members.

Alcohol Sales

In the seating bowl, sales of alcohol stop after the seventh inning. At concession stands and in our Mobile Ordering service via the MLB Ballpark app, alcohol sales will conclude after the eighth inning or two and a half hours after the start of a game (whichever occurs first and at management discretion). Please note that sales may be discontinued earlier in specific areas. The Texas Rangers remind you to drink responsibly. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person per purchase. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of Globe Life Field.

ATMs, Presented by Comerica Bank

Due to current health and safety protocols, cash will not be accepted at Globe Life Field. There are four cash-to-card automated teller machines (Reverse ATMs) located inside the ballpark. Find the nearest one to you using the Amenities Map within the MLB Ballpark app.

  • Upper Concourse – Sections 212, 127

There are also two traditional automated teller machines located inside Globe Life Field:

Authentics Kiosk

This is the place to find game-used collectibles from previous games, as well as tons of autographed merchandise. All items are authenticated under the auspices of MLB Authentication. The Authentics kiosk is located in center field on the Main Concourse alongside the Grand Slam Team Store and online at texasrangers.com/authentics.

Autographs

Just a couple of ground rules on getting your autographs during Batting Practice: if you’d like to have something signed, please ask the players at least 45 minutes before game time. After that, MLB rules don’t allow the players to sign anything. Please remember to be considerate of those fans who have ticketed seats in the signing areas.

Bag Policy

All bags and purses must be soft sided and not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Backpacks are prohibited, except for single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the MLB bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”. Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. All bags are subject to search before entering the ballpark.

Outside food is allowed inside of Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear gallon sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional considerations will be made for dietary concerns and infants.

The Lexus Club

Located on the Event Level behind home plate.

Upscale buffet is served through the 7th inning along with our Ballpark Favorites buffet until the end of the game. In-seat service of limited food options is also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine and premium spirits served until the end of the 8th inning. Access is for these specific ticket holders:

The StubHub Club

Located on the first base side of the Lower Concourse.

Buffet-style dinner is served featuring rotating entrees and action stations through the 4th inning (or one-and-a-half hours after first pitch), along with our Ballpark Favorites buffet through the 7th inning. In-seat service of limited food options also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine served until the end of the 8th inning. Access is for these ticket holders:

Balcones Speakeasy

Located on the Lower Concourse.

Buffet-style small plates are served through the 5th inning (or two hours after first pitch), along with grab & go food through the 7th inning. In-seat service of limited food options are also available through the 7th inning.

Beverage service includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine, and nightly mixed drink served until the end of the 8th inning. Access is for these specific ticket holders:

Evan Williams Lounge

Located on the Event Level behind first base.

Ticket holders with seats in the Dugout Lounge will have waitstaff on hand to serve you in your seat.

Four-top tables near the field are reserved only for season ticket members. First-come, first-served open table seating is located in the bar area.

Germania Insurance Lounge

Located on the Event Level behind Third Base.

Ticket holders with seats in the Dugout Lounge will have waitstaff on hand to serve you in your seat.

Texas Terrace

Located on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level.

Ballpark buffet with rotating featured dish, as well as sodas, iced tea and bottled water is included in ticket. Additional cash-only bar available. Open to ticket holders with access to Texas Terrace 1 and Texas Terrace 2.

Community Event Ticket Packages

Community event ticket packages include a giveaway with special game day experience (i.e., Bark in the Park, Teachers Appreciation, Military Appreciation, Girl/Boy Scouts Day). Please visit texasrangers.com/communitynights for a full list of community events.

Concessions

Globe Life Field has over 100 concession stands operated by Delaware North Sportservice and offers a delicious selection of hot dogs, nachos, pizza, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, ice cream, desserts and more. Cash will not be accepted due to health and safety protocols.

Available concessions stands and cash conversions stations near you can be located on the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app.

Designated Driver Good Sport Program

Be a good sport! If you’re 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, you can sign a pledge to not drink alcohol during the game and accept responsibility for driving your group home safely. Participants will be entered into a drawing for great Texas Rangers merchandise. Pledge cards available at Guest Services kiosks or you can sign up via the MLB Ballpark app.

Exit/Re-Entry

Re-Entry is permitted in Globe Life Field at specific doors at all public entries from the time doors open until the start of the game. Once the game starts, re-entry is only permitted at one door at the North Entry on the Main Concourse and at one door at the Southeast Entry on the Suite Level. All guests must have their ticket scanned before exiting and must be re-screened before re-entering the venue.

Fan Code of Conduct

The Texas Rangers are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests. With that goal in mind, we have developed a Guest Code of Conduct, which all guests are expected to follow. We ask that you assist the Texas Rangers and our event staff by:

  • Wearing a mask or face covering, except while actively eating or drinking
  • Respecting each other as well as our team members
  • Refraining from using or displaying derogatory, profane or offensive gestures or language, both verbal and non-verbal, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; such language, whether directed at guests, staff, players, umpires or other team members or personnel, is inexcusable and unacceptable
  • Fighting, throwing items, vulgar, threatening, bullying or abusive language or conduct is similarly prohibited
  • Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, umpires, referees, opposing team fans and players
  • Refraining from excessive displays of affection
  • Following instructions from team members regarding ballpark operations and emergency procedures
  • Not wearing or displaying inappropriate or indecent clothing
  • Consuming alcohol in a responsible manner
  • Keeping Globe Life Field smoke-free, including E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking devices
  • Showing their ticket when requested and only sitting in their ticketed seat
  • Keeping Globe Life Field clean
  • Not interfering with balls in play or otherwise disrupting the event by their actions
  • Not trespassing onto the field
  • Keeping Globe Life Field weapons-free. No weapons, including guns or knives, or any item deemed to be used as a weapon are permitted

Our team members have been trained and instructed to take necessary actions to ensure the above expectations are enforced. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Globe Life Field staff member or text SECURITY to 76432 for assistance.

The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Guests who choose not to follow the Guest Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection and possible arrest.

Fan Mail

The Rangers are currently not accepting fan mail due to health and safety precautions for players. Any items that are sent and not claimed by players or coaches will be mailed back to the return address listed.

First Aid

You can find two First Aid rooms in Globe Life Field, located behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse next to Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse.

“Going To The Show” Statue

This statue commemorates the Texas Rangers’ first World Series appearance by immortalizing the embrace of former players Neftalí Feliz and Bengie Molina, moments after defeating the New York Yankees in Game 6 of the 2010 American League Championship Series. It is located in front of the Comerica Northeast Entry.

Grand Slam Team Store

You can find the largest selection of Texas Rangers merchandise at our Grand Slam Team Store located off the North Plaza near Texas Live! During games, it’s accessible from the Main Concourse at the TXU Energy North Entry. On non-game days, you can still get there from the sidewalk along Randol Mill Road after parking in Tundra Lot B. Only major credit cards are accepted due to health and safety protocols.

  • Fair bounding ball striking the portion of the wall that is recessed above the padded outfield wall: Out of Play, Two Bases.
  • Batted ball in flight striking the metal railings (above the yellow line) affixed to top wall in Right Center Field: Home Run.

Group Areas

All You Can Eat

Located in the right field area of the Upper Concourse in Sections 233 through 237. Seats include unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, hamburgers, peanuts, popcorn and soft drinks. The food and beverage fulfillment area is located on the first base side of the Upper Concourse with entrances directly across the concourse from Section 224 as well as Section 226. Food will be available in the fulfillment area from the time doors open until two and a half hours after the game’s scheduled start time.

Batter’s Eye Tables

Located in Sections 134 and 135 with four-top tables that overlook the outfield. Accommodates 16+ guests with the option of table service. Loaded value is $25* per ticket and can be used at any concession stand is included with the ticket.

*Loaded value only included if a group ticket is purchased. If an individual ticket is purchased, loaded value is not included

Karbach Sky Porch

Located between Sections 201 and 204 and includes a meal* that can be ordered in the barbecue restaurant behind the area.

*Meal only included if a group ticket is purchased. If you have purchased an individual ticket, you will have to purchase the barbecue plate separately.

Karbach Sky Porch Rocking Chairs

Located on the back row of the Sky Porch. Tickets can be purchased in two groups of 10 or one group of 20. Includes a meal when purchased as a group.

Outfield Pavilion Picnic Area

Located between Sections 240 and 244, with service areas behind each section for food and beverages. Groups under 50 tickets that are interested in purchasing food and beverages for the whole group will get a pre-set menu. For groups over 200 people, there are 4 menus to choose from.

Sky Box

Located on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level between Sky Box 1 and Sky Box 4. Features a loaded value of $20* included in the ticket to spend at any concession stand.

Third Base Outdoor Patio

Located on the third base side of the Main Concourse, this outdoor private event space offers your choice of four menus and a choice in a variety of seating areas.

Upper Deck Terrace

Located on the third base side of the Upper Concourse behind Sections 305 and 306, this private event space offers your choice of four menus and tickets located in the Concourse directly across from the space.

Guest Assistance

Simply text the word SECURITY to 76432 or visit the Rangers page in the MLB Ballpark app if you’re in need of assistance. Our command center will look into the issue immediately and dispatch security or medical staff to your location if needed. Please do not use this system to order food and beverages.

Guest Services

Guest Services operates when Globe Life Field opens until one hour after the game or event concludes. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, receive assistance with any problems during their visit and retrieve any lost items during the game or event. There are four Guest Services locations in the ballpark.

Health & Safety Protocols

Major League Baseball and the Rangers are asking all fans attending an event at Globe Life Field for their cooperation in helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone by adhering to the following guidelines:

Face coverings are recommended for all fans at Globe Life Field except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats.

Fans are asked to maintain six feet of distance from anyone not in their seating pods at all times or while in line at concession or retail locations. Please note that all transactions at concession and retail locations will be cashless.

Fans are asked to utilize the hand sanitizing and hand washing stations that will be utilized throughout Globe Life Field and to observe all signage pertaining to health and safety protocols as recommended by the CDC, Major League Baseball, and the Texas Rangers.

Home Base for Heroes

As part of our commitment to honor military, veterans and first responders, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation has installed an interactive video board to highlight our servicemen and women. Located in right center field, adjacent to the Grand Slam Team Store, is the Home Base for Heroes interactive display. Submit a photo of your military member, veteran or first responder at texasrangers.com/heroes to have your hero displayed on the searchable screen.

If you happen to find an item that someone has lost, please take it directly to the Guest Services Office on the Main Concourse across from the Northwest Pedestrian Ramp, or the Guest Services Office on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level next to the Comerica Northeast Entry. The found item(s) will be stored there for the duration of that day’s game/event.

Parking, Presented by Toyota

You can conveniently find parking with easy access to multiple lots off major highways that surround Globe Life Field. For day games, parking lots open 2 hours prior to first pitch. For night games, parking lots open 2.5 hours before first pitch. Times for Opening Day and Postseason games are subject to change. Please note there’s a strict no in-and-out policy and no refunds will be given. For general parking information at Globe Life Field, visit texasrangers.com/parking.

General Parking

All Globe Life Field parking lots will be cashless in 2021. All parking passes can be found in the MLB Ballpark app and purchased at the lot entry if not advance purchased online. Cost is $15 on game days in Lots M and N; $20 in Lots D, E, J, L, and S lots; $25 in Lot V. Opening Day and Postseason pricing subject to change.

Handicap/Disabled Parking

You can find handicap/disabled parking in most cash and season parking lots, where it’s sold on a first come, first served basis. Please note that a mobility assistance cart may be requested from any parking staff member. See Parking Map at texasrangers.com/parking for lots with available handicap parking. Lots may reach capacity prior to game time.

Lexus Complimentary Parking

Complimentary parking is provided for those driving their Lexus to any home game (space permitting) with the required 2021 window decal present. Simply go to Lexus Lot W located at 715 Stadium Drive on the east side of Globe Life Field. The lot can be accessed from both northbound and southbound Stadium Drive. This is a self-park lot (no valet) and will only be for those who have the 2021 Lexus sticker from the dealership.

Contact your Dallas-Fort Worth Lexus dealer to obtain your 2021 window decal. Please note that once this lot reaches capacity, you can pay to park in any available cash lot.

Reserved Parking Lots

Reserved parking lots are designated in yellow on the parking map at texasrangers.com/parking. These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Reserved Parking Pass.

RV/Bus Parking

Game day parking is $50 for buses and $100 for RV’s, credit only. RVs and buses may enter when the lots open and must depart by 9 AM the next day (ballpark schedule permitting). Located in Camry Lot D off of Arlington Downs.

Season Parking Lots

Season parking lots are designated in blue on the parking map at texasrangers.com/parking. These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Season Parking Pass.

Promotional Items

To receive one of our one-of-a-kind promo items, you must be in attendance at the game and produce a valid same-day ticket upon entry. Learn more about these great giveaways by inquiring at the Promotions Kiosk located near Section 114.

Strollers & Car Seats

Strollers and car seats for children are permitted inside Globe Life Field as long as they are collapsible and can fit underneath your ticketed seat(s).

Tailgating

Tailgating will not be permitted for the 2021 season. The following activities are also strictly prohibited in all Rangers parking lots:

  • Saving parking spaces
  • Weapons or fireworks
  • Use of drones
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Sale of food, beverage, merchandise, etc. Advertising or promoting any third-party products (including, but not limited to food and beverage products)

Remember that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the parking lot and/or criminal trespassing charges. Please note that a Rangers game ticket is required to access the parking lot on Opening Day and potential Rangers Postseason games. Tickets for other events are not required to access the parking lot unless specified.

Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle, presented by ACME Brick

This fun raffle is a fundraiser held during the game, which gives one lucky fan an opportunity to win half the net proceeds of tickets sold. The other half of the pot is donated to the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.

Look for designated kiosks throughout the ballpark to purchase raffles tickets from the time gates open until the end of the sixth inning. For more information, please visit texasrangers.com/texas2split.

Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation Room

Come check out our new home of the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation near the Toyota Southwest Entry. It will feature an exciting prize wheel, promotional items available by donation and other Rangers memorabilia.

Want to buy tickets for a Texas Rangers home game? Call 972-RANGERS x 1, go online to texasrangers.com or visit the Southeast Ticket Office located on the south side of Globe Life Field near the Southeast Entry. Please note that all phone and internet orders are subject to per-ticket service charges.

Children’s Tickets

Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holder’s lap. Limitations apply.

Dynamic Pricing

Ticket prices are adjusted for each game in real time based on factors like team performance, opponent’s record, pitching matchups, weather forecast and day of the week. Please go to texasrangers.com, call 972-RANGERS or visit the Southeast Ticket Office for our most up-to-date pricing.

Group Tickets

Group tickets are perfect for youth groups, corporate picnics, employee recognition and other outings for groups of 20 people or more. Features special savings and seating locations. For more information, visit texasrangers.com/groups or call 972-RANGERS x 3.

Mobile Tickets

Getting your tickets is now easier than ever. With the MLB Ballpark app, you now have instant access to your mobile/digital tickets. Printed or print-at-home tickets are not available or accepted at Globe Life Field. Barcodes will not be visible within the MLB Ballpark app until 48 hours before the game. No printed tickets will be available at Globe Life Field.

Postponed & Rescheduled Games

Good news! If teams play less than five innings (four and a half innings when the Rangers are leading) and the game is postponed, your ticket may be exchanged during the current regular season at our Ticket Office. Subject to availability.

A few ground rules: Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged for premier dates and tickets received from a player or umpire may not be exchanged. Also, the ticket cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Please remember to retain possession of the ticket until the full game has been played.

The policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Texas Rangers. For more specific details and questions, call 972-RANGERS x1. Subject to availability and restrictions.

Resale of Tickets

By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District, including Globe Life Field, surrounding grounds and parking areas.

Season Ticket Member Services Area

Located near the North Plaza entry next to Guest Services, season ticket members may exchange tickets as well as purchase discounted individual game tickets. This area opens an hour prior to first pitch on day games, or two hours prior to first pitch on night games. The area closes at the end of the game on day games, or three and a half hours after first pitch on night games.

Ticket Office Hours

The Main Ticket Office is located on the southeast side of Globe Life Field and is open on gamedays and non-game days. Please note that all other ticket offices open an hour and a half prior to first pitch and close 45 minutes after first pitch.

Game Days

  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM until three hours after first pitch
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM until end of game
  • Saturday Night: 10 AM until three hours after first pitch
  • Sunday Night: Noon until end of game

Non-Game Days

  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Theme Night Ticket Packages

Theme Night ticket packages usually include giveaways like a cap or bobblehead. These items can be picked up from the kiosk located behind Home Plate on the Main Concourse by showing your ticket barcode. Visit texasrangers.com/themenights for a full list of 2021 theme nights.

Transportation Services

Mobility Assistance/ADA Carts

Complimentary mobility assistance carts (ADA carts) are available to pick you up in the parking lot if you have a visible or non-visible disability that limits your ability to walk to and from Globe Life Field.

Contact the nearest staff member to arrange assistance. Please note that cart drivers do not accept tips for this complimentary service.

Ride Share Services

Looking for transportation after the game? You can find a taxi and other ride share services in the southbound lanes of Nolan Ryan Expressway between Randol Mill and Road To Six Flags.

Trolley

Trolley service to Globe Life Field may be available if you’re staying in a hotel located within the Arlington Entertainment District. Drop-off and pick-up are in the northbound lanes of Nolan Ryan Expressway, between Randol Mill and Road to Six Flags.

Service begins two and a half hours pregame and ends 30 minutes postgame. For more information, including a list of participating hotels, please visit arlingtontrolley.com or call 817-461-8600.

Valet

Globe Life Field does not offer valet parking. Please visit texasrangers.com/parking to view the most up-to-date parking map and directions.

Will Call

If someone left tickets for you, please visit the designated Will Call windows at the Southeast box office and provide your photo ID to pick them up. Tickets left by a player or umpire will be available for pick-up one hour prior to first pitch at the the player/umpire windows at the Southeast box office.

Please note that Will Call is not open for dropping off tickets during the Posteason.
