Inside Sales is our entry level sales position where your main goal is to drive revenue for the company by selling all product lines including full or partial season plans, group tickets, hospitality spaces and suites. This is a developmental program to get your career started in sports sales. After your time in Inside Sales, there are a variety of growth opportunities including but not limited to: Membership Development, Membership Services, and Group Tickets & Hospitality. As a whole, the Inside Sales department is designed to build a career foundation for ambitious individuals looking to make an impact in the sports industry.

Typical hire dates are January and June but may vary with staff needs due to internal promotions. During your first 2 weeks with the Padres, you will be trained in various areas to ensure you are fully prepared to make your first call. Some areas of training include product knowledge, face to face appointments, phone call road maps, timeblocking, and positioning.
