All positions in Guest Experience work directly with guests to create positive memories at Petco Park. We help guests with everything from delivering a warm welcome, assisting with finding their seats and creating memorable moments.
We are looking for customer-service focused, outgoing, positive team-players who are looking to connect with our guests and elevate the guest experience at Petco Park.
Guest Experience positions are posted in January. Interviews and hiring occurs in February and March and on an ongoing basis throughout the season as needed. Team Members will be trained on organizational goals, department expectations and job specific duties.
