Season Ticket Member Ticket Exchanges
Social Distance seating cannot be returned or exchanged online.
To return or exchange Social Distance tickets, please email TicketHelp@mariners.com or your Account Executive by calling (206) 346-4001 at least 24 hours prior to the game being exchanged.
Season Ticket Members currently have the option to exchange their full capacity tickets for account credit online through Mariners.com/MyAccount.
All exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single-game ticket purchase. The Season Ticket Member discount, other ticket discounts, ticket specials, group offers, promotions and/or coupon offers do not apply when exchanging tickets. Credits resulting from an exchange must be used within the same regular season, and cannot be used for Postseason or Season Ticket Payment. There will be no exchange for unused tickets to past games. Due to limited capacity seating and current social distancing guidelines, tickets cannot be exchanged online or at the T-Mobile Park Box Office.
Children two years of age and under do not require a ticket to attend a game, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Once a child turns three, they will need their own ticket to enter the ballpark.
Concert tickets are only available at the T-Mobile Park Box Office on Day of Show
The T-Mobile Park Box office is located on Edgar Martinez Drive S. and First Avenue S.
The Box Office at Home Plate Gate will be open 2 hours before each home game.

Game Day Home Plate Box Office Hours:
- Two hours prior to first pitch until end of game.
Game Day Left Field Box Office Hours:
- Two hours prior to first pitch until the end of the 4th inning.
