The Seattle Mariners and Mariners Care are committed to help ensure our communities are places where everyone can thrive. We will invest in organizations, programs and partnerships that focus on systemic change efforts that lead to positive health outcomes for youth, and accelerating equitable outcomes for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
The Community Impact Grant program seeks to increase positive health outcomes for youth and accelerate equitable outcomes for BIPOC communities across Washington State.
The On BASE Hometown Nine is a five-year commitment to nine (9) incoming eighth-graders in King, Pierce and Snohomish county that will offset playing fees, combat disparate playing experiences, provide mentorship, and uplift athletes of color in our region.
It is the goal and responsibility of the organization to be a community leader. Mariners Care, the team's non-profit foundation, has helped raise over a million dollars for various charities and community projects.
