I’ve purchased an end-of-season discounted membership kit. What does this include?
The $15 discounted membership kit includes a batting practice jersey, lunch cooler bag, aluminum water bottle, wristband set, lanyard and a player face sign. Members are also able to participate in the check-in rewards program (daily prizes for attending games) and will be entered into end-of-season prize drawings. This discounted membership does not include loaded value or the BOGO ticket offer.
When and where can I pick up the membership packages?
Membership kits can be picked up during home games beginning April 5, 2021 at the TribeTown MVPs kiosk. The kiosk will be open from the time gates open through the 5th inning. All membership kits must be picked up by September 26, 2021.
Where is the MVPs kiosk located?
The MVPs kiosk is located on the main concourse behind section 113. It is next to the East 9th escalator and the giant Block C structure.
When is the MVPs kiosk open?
The MVPs kiosk is open from the time gates open through the end of the 5th inning during all games.
What are the recommended ages for the TribeTown MVPs program?
TribeTown MVPs is designed for kids between the ages of six and 14. We highly recommend that all members fall within this age range; younger children may not be able to participate in all activities based on age restrictions. No child over the age of 14 will be accepted into the program.
What size is the TribeTowns MVP t-shirt included in my membership package?
MVPs t-shirts are available in youth small, youth medium, youth XL or adult medium while supplies last. Specific sizes cannot be reserved in advance.
When and how will I receive my buy one, get one free Upper Level ticket offer code?
The buy one, get one free Upper Level ticket offer codes will be sent via email to the email address used to purchase the MVPs membership. For purchases made before March 21, the ticket offer codes were emailed on March 23. For purchases made after March 21, ticket offer codes will be emailed within three weeks of the purchase date. If you have not received your offer code within three weeks of your purchase, please contact Fan Services.
How do I redeem my buy one, get one free Upper Level ticket offer?
Please click here to redeem your ticket offer. Currently, offer codes can only be redeemed for April games. You will receive a separate email when you are able to redeem for future games.
How do I redeem my $10 of loaded value?
Each TribeTown MVPs membership comes with $10 of loaded value to be used on food and beverages or merchandise at Progressive Field during the 2021 regular season (April 5 – September 26, 2001). The value can be redeemed by scanning the personalized barcode on the back of each MVP badge at any cash register in the ballpark, including the Progressive Field Team Shop. To check the loaded value amount, please call Fan Services at 216-420-HITS and have your badge number available when you call.
Why did the check-in rewards program change for 2021?
Due to limited ticket availability, we have changed the check-in rewards program so that all MVPs who pick up their packages are entered into an end-of-season drawing for special prizes. MVPs who are able to attend games are still able to visit the MVPs kiosk(s) and check-in to receive a daily prize.
How do MVPs sign up for the monthly prize drawings?
All MVPs are automatically entered into the monthly drawings for exclusive merchandise, autographed items and other prizes. Parents/guardians do not need to do anything else to register their MVP(s). Winners will be selected at random from all 2021 MVPs. Winners' parents/guardians will be contacted by phone or email.
Why did you eliminate on-field batting practice viewing, play catch on the field, ceremonial first pitches and other on-field/in-park activities as prizes for the check-in rewards program or for monthly prizes drawings in 2021?
Due to health and safety precautions for our players, staff and fans, we will not be allowing fans on the playing field during the 2021 season.
How do I RSVP for the exclusive MVP events?
More information regarding the MVP events and the RSVP process will be emailed to the email address used for purchase in March 2021. The event schedule and RSVP information will also be included in monthly e-newsletters.
Why are there no in-person events in 2021?
In accordance with health and safety guidelines, we will not have in-person TTMVP events until further notice. This is to prevent fans from congregating in large groups.
How do I submit photo/video content for the exclusive MVP opportunities (Play Ball Kid, MVP of the game, etc.)?
All purchasers will receive an email with submission forms in March 2021. Submission information will also be included in the monthly e-newsletters.
I haven’t heard anything about Kids Run the Bases for 2021. Are MVPs still able to skip the line?
Due to health and safety precautions for our players, staff and fans, we will not be allowing fans on the playing field during the 2021 season, including Kids Run the Bases for 2021.
Where can I find my child’s MVP ID number?
MVP ID numbers can be found in the purchase confirmation email under "seat location".
Can I add another email address to my account to receive the monthly e-newsletters?Yes, you can add an additional email address to receive the monthly e-newsletters and other email communication. Please send your request to email@example.com with the subject line “TTMVPs – Additional Email Address”.
What happens if I lose my MVPs membership badge?
If you lose your badge, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Lost MVP Membership Badge." We will work to get you a replacement badge as soon as possible. The replacement badge will not have the $10 loaded value.
