2021 Season Ticket Member FAQs

We are thrilled that the updated guidelines associated with the State’s reopening this month allows our Season Ticket Members to return to their normal seat location for the rest of the 2021 season. We look forward to welcoming you home!

Q: What are the COVID-19 entry requirements for the rest of the season?

A: For games between May 31 and June 20, fans seated in socially distanced sections are not required to show proof of a negative test or full vaccination for entry. Fans seated in fully vaccinated sections must present proof of vaccination for entry. Learn more.As of June 25, vaccinated sections will be discontinued and the ballpark will be seated in the normal pre-COVID manner. No entry requirements will be required for games June 25 and beyond. Gameday protocols are subject to review and approval by the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Reference www.sfgiants.com/fansafe for the latest information.

Q: Will face coverings be required?

A: Starting June 15, face coverings will be strongly recommended, particularly for fans who are not fully vaccinated and for interior spaces within the ballpark.

Q: Is there an option to claim my 2021 season tickets in socially distanced sections?

A: No, socially distanced sections will only be offered for single game ticket sales in select View Reserve locations for games between June 25 and July 11.

Q: How do I secure parking passes for the remainder of the 2021 season?

A: For accounts with access to the Parking Marketplace, parking passes for games between June 25 and October 3 will be available by June 21. For accounts without access to the Parking Marketplace, SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app, is the best way to book parking ahead. Access to the Parking Marketplace is not available for new accounts at this time.

Q: Are partial or flex season packages available? Do I have to buy all remaining 2021 games?

A: Partial season ticket packages are not available. Your 2021 season ticket package includes all remaining 2021 games.

Q: Is there an opportunity to upgrade my seats for the remainder of the 2021 season?

A: We encourage Season Ticket Members to utilize our Ticket Exchange program to upgrade their seats on a game by game basis. Access this benefit via MySFTix. Contact your Client Relations Manager to discuss upgrade options for the entire season.

Q: When will my mobile tickets be available in the Ballpark app?

A: Mobile tickets will be available in the Ballpark app immediately after claiming your 2021 season ticket package. Accounts that select printed tickets will also be able to access their tickets via the Ballpark app.

Q: When can I pick up my printed tickets from the Box Office?

A: After claiming your 2021 season ticket package, your entire set of printed tickets for the remainder of the season can be picked up from the Box Office on any gameday. The Box Office is open on gamedays only, 2.5 hours before gametime through the 6th inning.

Q: Can I arrange for my printed tickets to be mailed to me?

A: Mail delivery is not offered. Reach out to your Client Relations Manager if you need to coordinate for someone else to pick up your tickets from the Box Office.

Q: What are my options if I do not want to secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season? Are my seat licenses at risk?

A: Seats associated with accounts that do not secure their season tickets by June 11 will be released for the rest of the season, starting with the game on June 25 (including the Postseason). Seats will be held for the 2022 season. Account credit will stay on file to be applied toward the 2022 season ticket renewal. Seat licenses are not at risk.

Q: If I do not secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season, would I have access to the Season Ticket Member 20% merchandise/concessions discount?

A: No, accounts that do not secure their 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season forgo their access to all season ticket member benefits, including the 20% merchandise/concessions discount.

Q: If I do not secure my 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season would I have access to my seats for 2021 postseason games?

A: No, accounts that do not secure their 2021 season tickets for the remainder of the season forgo their access to all season ticket member benefits, including access to 2021 postseason games.

Q: Can I use my account credit for concessions or merchandise?

A: No, account credit can only be used toward ticket transactions.

Q: Will the Ticket Return/Trade/Donation programs be reinstated for the 2021 season?

A: Starting with the June 25 game, Ticket Exchange will be available to accounts who secure their 2021 Season package. Ticket Return and Ticket Donation will not be available for the 2021 season.
