The Arizona Diamondbacks are proud to give back to our community. Each year, we provide donations to numerous non-profit organizations for fundraising auctions and raffles. To be considered for a donation item, please review the following guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted online via the form below. Written or e-mailed requests will not be accepted.
- Requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of your event.
- We will honor one (1) donation request per organization per year. Multiple requests within a calendar year will not be accepted.
- Organizations must be a non-profit 501 (c) (3) entity.
- Donations are for charitable purposes only; we cannot provide sales incentives, corporate gifts or donations to for-profit entities.
- We cannot accept personal items to be autographed by D-backs players or coaches.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to accept follow-up calls regarding the status of your request. If you have not received a response two weeks prior to your event, please contact the Community Affairs Department at email@example.com.
