Truist Park Rainout Policy

Saturday, June 19 vs St. Louis Cardinals

The Saturday, June 19, 2021 Atlanta Braves game versus the St. Louis Cardinals has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game is rescheduled for Sunday, June 20 at 2:10 p.m. ahead of the previously scheduled 7:08 p.m. night game. Gates for the 2:10 p.m. game will open at 12:30 p.m. At the conclusion of the first game, Truist Park will be closed and cleaned, then gates for the 7:08 p.m. game will open at approximately 5:30 p.m.. Each game will be seven innings.

Game one will air on Bally Sports Southeast and game two is slated for ESPN.

All guests with a ticket for the June 19 game can use it for the June 20 2:10 p.m. game. All mobile tickets and parking passes will remain in the MLB Ballpark app and will be updated to reflect the new game date and time. Guests with a pre-paid parking pass can use the same parking lot and barcode for the rescheduled game.

Guests who are unable to attend the June 20 2:10 p.m. rescheduled game can exchange their paid ticket for a ticket to any remaining 2021 regular season Braves home game.*

  • Ticketmaster single game ticket purchasers can exchange tickets by visiting our Truist Park ticket windows on June 19 from 3:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. or on June 20 from 11 a.m. - 2:10 p.m. or by emailing exchanges@braves.com directly.

All exchanges must be completed by the beginning of the 2:10 p.m. game on June 20.

All guests who purchased their tickets through StubHub or any other 3rd party website will be able to enter the 2:10 p.m. game tomorrow with the same barcode and seat location from tonight’s postponed game. Any ticket inquiries regarding 3rd party purchases must be made directly with the 3rd party website that the guest purchased from, and not through the Atlanta Braves.

April 24 vs. Arizona Diamondbacks

Atlanta Braves game versus the Arizona Diamondbacks has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game is rescheduled as part of a traditional doubleheader for April 25 with the first game beginning at 1:20 p.m. and the second game beginning approximately 40 minutes after the final out of game one.

All guests with tickets for tomorrow’s originally scheduled game will be allowed admission beginning at noon and can stay in their same seats for the second game.

All guests who purchased a game ticket and/or parking pass through the Atlanta Braves for tonight’s game will be automatically credited to their Atlanta Braves online account for the value of the ticket(s)/parking. This value can be redeemed for tickets and/or parking at any point during the 2021 regular season*. Value will expire on Sunday, October 3, 2021.

All guests who purchased their tickets through StubHub! must contact StubHub! directly for their ticket options (866-788-2482).


If a game that is legal under Major League Baseball rules is not played on date on the game ticket, one of the following rain check rules will apply:

  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid for the re-scheduled game. If you choose to not come back to the re-scheduled game, your original ticket may be exchanged online through your Braves Account. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, and the game is rescheduled as part of a traditional doubleheader (two games played back-to-back with a 30 minute window between), your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid to be exchanged through your Braves Account for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, and the game is rescheduled as part of a split day/night doubleheader, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid for the re-scheduled game (you will need to purchase a separate ticket to enter the regularly scheduled game on this date). If you choose to not come back to the re-scheduled game, your original ticket may be exchanged online through your Braves Account for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If more than 4 and 1/2 innings of a game are played and the game becomes official then is later postponed, rain check policies do not apply.
