Vice President, Business Strategy and Analytics
Jay joined the Astros in July of 2012 after starting his career in strategy consulting. In his current role as VP of Business Strategy & Analytics, Jay provides data analysis and strategic planning support across business units. His favorite projects as a member of the Astros include financial modeling of the Minute Maid Park $18M center field renovation project, re-launching the Houston Open PGA TOUR stop at Memorial Park, and creating a scoring model for ticket sales leads. A native of Maine, Jay studied as an undergraduate at Tufts University earning a BA in Economics and at the MIT Sloan School of Management earning an MBA. Jay lives in Houston with his wife and 1-year-old daughter.
