With the ever-changing environment of the 2021 season, please know that the safety of our fans and employees are at the core of every decision. Below you will find frequently asked questions pertaining to the 2021 season and your season ticket renewal. As information becomes available, we will keep you apprised of our plans every step of the way. Refer to this page for the most up-to-date information.

Frequently Asked Questions - 2021 Season Ticket Renewal

When is my payment due?

Payment is due October 28th. Either payment in full or enrollment in an automated payment plan.

How do I submit my payment?

Using a laptop or desktop computer, log into My SF Tix, using your MLB.com email address and password, and click Renew/Make Payments.

How do I reset my My SF Tix password?

To reset your MY SF Tix password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your MLB.com email address to continue.

Can I use multiple credit cards for payment?

Yes. At the time of payment, you’ll have the ability to use up to five credit cards.

How are account credits applied to my renewal?

Account credits will be applied to the entire amount due at checkout. For those setting up a payment plan, any remaining balance will be split over the four installments.

How do I change the credit card associated with an upcoming payment plan installment?

You can change your credit card in My SF Tixby clicking My Account and then Payment Info. Once you update your card, please contact your Client Relations Manager to update your scheduled payment plan installments.

How can I view my 2021 season ticket invoice?

Your 2021 season ticket invoice is included in your 2021 renewal e-brochure that was sent via email. Invoices can also be viewed in My SF Tix under Renew/Make Payments (only available before payment is made).

How can my ticket partners submit a payment?

At the time of payment you’ll have the opportunity to use multiple credit cards. Here you can use a ticket partner’s credit card. If a ticket partner is interested in submitting a one-time payment, they can call our Season Ticket Hotline at 415-972-BALL (2255) and press 0.

Will printed tickets be available for the 2021 season?

Yes. The option to purchase printed tickets for the 2021 season will be made available to you later this offseason.

How do I purchase parking passes for the 2021 season?

Those eligible to purchase parking passes will receive additional information later this offseason.

Where can I find the 2021 season game rankings and my variable ticket prices?

Season ticket game rankings can be found HERE. To review your ticket price per game, reference the Pricing/Schedule tab in your 2021 renewal e-brochure.

When can I start using Sell on StubHub, Ticket Forward, Ticket Exchange and Ticket Trade?

These ticket related services will be available once we receive more clarification on the 2021 season. As soon as these services are active, we will send an email with more information.

How can I use the 5% season ticket bonus I received from applying my 2020 credit toward the 2021 season?

Your 5% bonus can be applied to any ticket related purchase for the 2021 season: any remaining balance on your season ticket renewal, additional game tickets, Special Event tickets and more. The 5% bonus can also be applied toward your 2022 season ticket renewal.

What health and safety protocols will be implemented to allow fans to attend games in 2021?

We are committed to creating the safest environment possible for our fans and employees when we return to Oracle Park. New practices may include widespread sanitization technologies, contactless transaction systems, distancing policies, staggered entry/exit times and modified concessions. All aspects of the ballpark experience are currently being reviewed and will be communicated as information becomes available.

What will happen to my season tickets if games are played without fans or there is restricted capacity?

In these uncertain times, the Giants are committed to protecting your Season Ticket Membership investment. Season Ticket Members will have first access as fans return to Oracle Park. If any of the games are canceled or have restricted capacity due to COVID-19, the value of the impacted games will be credited to your season account.
