What if I want seats that cost more than my voucher value?

You simply pay the difference!

Excess balance is not retained as value to be applied toward another ticket.

Can multiple value vouchers be combined and applied toward one ticket?

Good thought, but no. The value vouchers are 1:1 so the predetermined credit associated with each value voucher can only be applied to one ticket.

For example, you bought the 4 for $45 Pack: You are interested in a ticket that costs $30. One value voucher will cover $15. You cannot use two value vouchers to cover the total cost.

How do I access or gift my value vouchers?

When will the value vouchers be available in my account?

Three of the four value vouchers will be available in your account after purchase. The fourth (free) value voucher will be available by January 8.

When can I or the recipient start using the value vouchers?

While we’re excited about the prospect of welcoming fans back to the ballpark for the 2021 season, there are still too many unknowns to sell tickets right now. Once health and safety guidelines are better understood and tickets go on sale, we will notify buyers and recipients. Purchasing a Holiday Priority Pack guarantees the buyer or recipient access to secure tickets prior to the general public. In a situation where a reduced capacity scenario is required, the Holiday Priority Pack is your best bet to get the games and seats that you want!

Can the value vouchers be applied toward special event tickets?

Value vouchers can only be applied toward regular game tickets. They are not eligible for special event, promotional, SplashTix or Group tickets.

Can the value vouchers be applied toward post season tickets?

Value vouchers can only be applied toward tickets for the regular season.

What if games are canceled, played without fans in attendance, or have restricted capacity due to COVID-19?

Ticketholders will be guaranteed the opportunity to receive a refund or carry their vouchers over to the 2022 season.

How can I pay for the Holiday Priority Pack?

The Holiday Priority Pack is a VISA exclusive sale. You can pay for your Holiday Priority Pack using your VISA card or any remaining 2020 season account credit. Account credits will automatically be applied to your total at checkout.
