A: The Giants Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app and is only supported on iPhone and Android phones.

A: The Giants Ballpark Pass grants you access to the ballpark and does not include a seat.

A: Giants Ballpark Pass holders have access to all public areas of the ballpark: The Waterfront, The Garden, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Plaza, concession stands and designated standing room locations along the Promenade and View Levels. The Giants Ballpark Pass does not include a seat.

A: Approximately 3 hours before first pitch, activate your Giants Ballpark Pass via text message. Access your pass via Wallet in the bottom menu of the MLB Ballpark app. Tap the game you're attending and View to access the barcode.

A: Subject to availability, seat upgrades will be offered for an additional fee within the MLB Ballpark app via the Upgrades & Memories icon on the Team Page.
