The Giants Community Fund works with W2O, a SF-based network of analytics-driven, digital-first marketing and communications firms, to broaden outreach to recruit and retain more volunteers, participants and donors. W2O employs traditional media relations tactics in addition to earned and social media, content strategy, and analytics insights, to expand the reach of the Fund. The Fund also works with W2O to grow community engagement with hard-to-reach audiences residing in areas served by the 90 Junior Giants leagues spanning California, Nevada and Oregon by showcasing the positive impact of its programs.
The Giants Community Fund is proud to partner with businesses, foundations and nonprofit organizations to bring our programs to life and to leverage resources to raise money. We are grateful for the efforts and energy of these all-star partners:

Good Tidings Foundation, founded in 1995, is a 501-(c)-3 children’s charity that looks to equally support the growth of marginalized youth in Northern California by creating environments for Athletics, Artistic activities, Education, and Wonder. We engage in charitable partnerships with professional sports teams, pro athletes and other leaders who share our vision on how to create projects within our mission. We believe that every child deserves to have the means to achieve their dreams regardless of financial status, ethnic origin, religion or region of living. It is the Spirit of the Holiday Season, which we were founded upon, with the joy of giving in its simplest form that we look to emulate all year long. Our ‘mission over money’ philosophy is the foundation for everything we do.

We are excited to announce the Giants Community Fund been awarded an AmeriCorps grant this year! AmeriCorps is a network of national service programs, made up of three primary programs that each take a different approach to improving lives and fostering civic engagement. Members commit their time to address critical community needs like increasing academic achievement, mentoring youth, fighting poverty, sustaining national parks, preparing for disasters, and more. Our AmeriCorps members will engage in hands-on Character Development, Education, Health and Bullying Prevention training with Junior Giants players in all of our leagues.

We are grateful to Bank of America for stepping up to the plate as the Presenting Sponsor of the Junior Giants program. Now in its 17th year, Bank of America's partnership allows the Junior Giants to continue to reach youth across three states.

Chevron and the Giants Community Fund have teamed up to bring science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to Junior Giants participants. Thanks to Chevron, Junior Giants learn how STEM plays a role in the game of baseball through "The Giant Launch" - a fun trajectory activity and lesson.

Masons4Mitts is a program of the Masons of California that works with Major League Baseball teams and their charitable foundations to help underserved youth in California. Each baseball season, the Masons of California team up with the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Diego Padres to bring the fun of baseball to more kids. Lodges in each region face off in friendly competition to help the most kids they can. The team from each region that funds the greatest number of baseball mitts will present their check, along with the grand master, on Masons Night at each ballpark.
Over the past seven years, the Masons of California have provided over $500,000 to these programs. Please learn more about the Masons of California on freemason.org.

Norman S. Wright Company would have been over in its first year if San Francisco's legendary 1906 earthquake and fires had had the final say.
But founder Norman Scott Wright, son of Scottish immigrants and a born optimist, wasn't going to let the disaster, and his resulting financial ruin, get him down. He re-built the fledgling business-focused primarily on equipment for the offshore marine industry-and until his death in 1947, guided it to become the most trusted and enduring distributor of commercial heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment (HVAC) in the country.
Our president, Rich Leao, explains that the ingredients of our success are clear: "great people, hard work and a tireless commitment to getting it right for our customers."
"Now," he adds, "our goal is to keep it up, so we can earn their business for another 100 years."
